Allen Edmonds Testimonial

Allen Edmonds is a midsize manufacture of men's high-end dress shoes.  Our executive Team made a strategic decision to purchase WebSphere Commerce in 2005 as our online solution to market our products to a global marketplace.  When our B2C website (www.allenedmonds.com)  went live later that year with the original technology partner, problems persisted - until NetSphere Strategies came to our rescue in April 2006.

Being weary of promises made by our previous eCommerce solution provider, we initially engaged the NetSphere Strategies Team with a few small projects.  As each project was successfully completed, additional projects of larger duration and scope were assigned.  Within a very short period of time, NetSphere resolved our pending problems and restored customer confidence to our online business.  They earned our trust and respect based on their performance and product knowledge - and we have not looked back since.

Key webstore features implemented by the NetSphere Team includes new credit card, gift card and virtual gift card payment plug-ins for our payment processor, plus flash-based features like "See With Pants" and "Online Shoe Configurator".  The latter feature allows our clients to build their own dress shoe according to their taste and shipped from our manufacturing facility in a few weeks.  NetSphere also implemented Omniture's Sitecatalyst during the summer of 2010 to track user interaction with our flash-based shopping tools, plus migrate us to WebSphere Commerce v7 on the iSeries platform. In the Fall of 2011, a major refacing of the site was completed and a mobile storefront will be added soon.

The financial benefits accrued by partnering with NetSphere has resulted in higher conversion rates and increased dollar value per transaction.  More online visitors are shopping and buying at our webstore each year thanks to the SEO tactics they implemented.  Online sales have significantly grown every year, thanks in large part to the expertise and business savvy of the NetSphere Team.
