BalanceMaxx Hosted Service

eCatalog Services and NetSphere Strategies have collaborated to create a suite of SaaS services that allow merchants to sell their products on several different Marketplaces like Amazon, Buy.com, NewEgg and Sears and acknowledges new orders to the merchant’s system of record ("SOR").

BalanceMaxx performs the following tasks.

Retrieve new orders from a Marketplace and upload those orders to the SOR
Acknowledge orders back to the originating Marketplace to include a tracking number
Retrieve current inventory levels from the SOR
Perform inventory updates to each Marketplace the merchant sells its products on
Resolve SKU length incompatibilities between the Marketplaces and SOR
Proven ROI - merchant savings of tens of thousands of dollars annually for just one Marketplace

Inventory updates are applied on a periodic basis as determined by the merchant or the Marketplace itself. Built-in pricing will soon-be available.
