THE PROBLEM
A consumer products firm decided to have their clients purchase their products online. They hired NetSphere Strategies as their subject matter expert to install and build new B2B and B2C WebSphere Commerce sites on the iSeries platform. A major goal was to reduce the client's learning curve by being involved from the start and transfer as much knowledge as the client's capability allowed.  We provided onsite mentorship, remote 24x7 on-demand support, plus phone and email collaboration.

THE SOLUTION
Though the learning curve proved tougher than anticipated, the client with our help, successfully deployed their webstores within the targeted time-frame. Since the client’s IT staff was involved from the start, the knowledge acquired during the project proved invaluable. Having first hand knowledge of how the site was built, the client fully supports all their webstores themselves - thanks to NetSphere Strategies.
