THE PROBLEM
Site instability problems were negatively impacting sales and customer satisfaction for a retail personal care products manufacturer. Identified problems were periodic web server crashes, significant response time delays during busy sales period and lost orders.  At least once per quarter, the platform had to be rebooted because the site would freeze up.  Revenues and customer satisfaction were falling.  Executives were not happy. Site stability was mandated.  Netsphere Strategies was called.

THE SOLUTION
