Shipping Carriers

If you are looking to offer your customers more shipping options, NetSphere Strategies provides a software plugin for FedEx and UPS.

This plugin will communicate with the shipping providers to perform rate calculations based on the source and destination address, package weight and the shipping method used (ground, 2nd day air, etc). Shipping calculations can be setup to apply a surcharge on the shipping rates returned by the shipping provider to either adjust up or down the shipping rate charged. This information is collected by the plugin and sent to the webstore to update the customer's actual shipping costs.

Once an online purchase is made, customers can use the tracking number supplied on the order status page to track orders after the product is shipped.
